Every few weeks, depending on your water and how often you shower. A 20-pack is 20 cartridges, so it covers one shower head for well over a year.
Open the handle, lift the old cartridge out and drop a fresh one in. It takes about two minutes.
We can only confirm they fit the Ablu Ion Drop Filtered Shower Head. Cartridges sold for similar-looking heads come in several different lengths, so we can’t promise a fit for a head we haven’t tested. If yours isn’t an Ablu head, measure your old cartridge before ordering.
