Shipping policy

Every Ablu order ships with tracking. Here is what to expect.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Delivery estimates

New Zealand: approximately 2 to 4 weeks from dispatch.
Australia: approximately 2 to 4 weeks from dispatch.
United States: approximately 2 to 5 weeks from dispatch, allowing for customs.
Canada: approximately 2 to 5 weeks from dispatch, allowing for customs.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Please allow up to 5 weeks for rural addresses or busy periods, and note that occasional carrier or customs delays can occur outside our control.

Shipping cost

New Zealand: free shipping on orders of NZ$50 or more. Orders under NZ$50 have a flat NZ$7.99 fee. Subscription orders always ship free.

Other regions: a flat shipping fee applies and is shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to New Zealand, Australia, the United States and Canada.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. If your tracking has not updated after several business days, email us and we will chase it up.

Duties and taxes

For orders within New Zealand and Australia there are no additional import charges. For orders to the United States and Canada, any import duties or taxes are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the price or shipping shown at checkout.
