Our returns promise

The short version of our refund policy, so you can order with confidence.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, unopened items. You cover return postage, and we refund once it is back with us.
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right with a free replacement or refund.
We cover return shipping for faulty items.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and the Australian Consumer Law always apply. We never limit them.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened consumables (filters, scrubs, oils, masks, steamers) or used shower heads. Your rights for faulty or incorrect items always apply.

To start a claim, email hello@abluritual.com with your order number and a photo. We'll reply with next steps, please don't send anything back before contacting us.
