Yes, the wrap and button loop hold most lengths and thicknesses comfortably.
Yes. Microfibre is the usual choice for curly and wavy hair because it lifts water without roughing up the cuticle the way terry cloth does. It is also the towel most people use for plopping, where you cradle damp curls in the wrap so they keep their shape while they dry.
Same fabric, different spelling. Microfibre is the British and New Zealand spelling, microfiber is the American one. Either way it means the same ultra-fine weave that lifts water off hair without the friction of a terry towel.
Machine wash cool and air-dry or tumble low. Avoid fabric softener so it keeps absorbing well.
It takes hair from wet to damp quickly and gently; most people finish air-drying or styling from there.
