We ship across New Zealand, Australia, the United States and Canada. A few items (the Ion Drop Filtered Shower Head, the Vitamin C Shower Filter and the Complete Ritual Kit) can’t be sent to Australia, because filtered shower heads and inline shower filters are regulated plumbing goods there. The six hair and body accessories ship to Australia as normal.

New Zealand orders over NZ$50 ship free, and a flat NZ$7.99 applies under that. Subscription orders always ship free. For Australia, the United States and Canada a flat fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Most arrive within 2–4 weeks in New Zealand and Australia, and 2–5 weeks in the United States and Canada, a little longer for rural addresses or busy periods. You’ll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.

In Australia, filtered shower heads and inline shower filters are regulated plumbing products (WaterMark and WELS). Until we stock a registered unit, we don’t ship those three items across the Tasman. Everything else in the range (the towel wrap, brushes, scalp massager, hair mask and oil) ships to Australia normally.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind on unused, unopened items. You cover return postage, and for hygiene reasons opened consumables and used shower heads are excluded. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will replace it or refund you, free. Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Yes. It screws onto any standard handheld hose or fixed shower arm (the common half-inch fitting used in New Zealand, the US and Canada), and installs by hand in a couple of minutes, no tools or plumber needed. If your hose is an unusual size, a low-cost half-inch adapter from any hardware store sorts it.

It reduces fine sediment and chlorine taste and odour as the water flows, for a gentler, fresher-feeling rinse: softer-feeling skin and smoother, shinier-looking hair over time. It is not a drinking-water filter, it doesn’t soften hard-water minerals, and it isn’t a medical or therapeutic treatment. It’s a feel-good cosmetic upgrade to your shower.

The Ion Drop Filtered Shower Head replaces your whole head and filters through a cotton cartridge inside the handle. The Vitamin C Shower Filter is a universal inline filter that threads between your hose and the head you already have, and adds a light, fresh scent. Want a new head? Choose the Ion Drop. Happy with your head? Choose the Vitamin C filter.

The cotton Replacement Filters (20-pack) are the in-handle cartridge for the Ion Drop Filtered Shower Head. The Vitamin C filter isn’t refilled, you replace the whole unit when it’s spent.

Every few weeks, depending on your water and how often you shower. A 20-pack of cotton cartridges keeps most households going for around a year.

No. The spray holds a strong, even flow across its three modes while it filters, even on lower-flow showers.

The Rice Water & Keratin Hair Mask is a weekly rinse-out conditioner: smooth it through damp mid-lengths after shampoo, leave three to five minutes, then rinse. Use the silicone scalp brush in the shower to work it in. It leaves hair feeling softer and looking smoother and shinier.

Machine-wash the microfibre wrap cool and air-dry or tumble low (skip fabric softener so it keeps absorbing). Rinse the silicone scalp brush and detangling brush under the shower and let them air-dry. That’s the whole upkeep.
