Purchase options cancellation policy

Some Ablu Ritual products can be bought on a repeating delivery, called Subscribe and save. This page explains how that works, what you are charged, and how to stop it. If you only ever buy one-off, none of this applies to you.

What you are agreeing to

Subscribe and save delivers the same item every 2 months at 10% off the normal price. You are charged each time an order is created, not upfront for the year. The price you pay is shown before you check out, and each order is confirmed by email.

Three products currently offer it: the Vitamin C Shower Filter, the Ion Drop Replacement Filters and the Rice Water & Keratin Hair Mask.

There is no minimum term

There is no lock-in, no minimum number of orders, and no cancellation fee. You can cancel after the first delivery or at any point after that.

How to cancel, skip or change it

Two ways, both free:

In your account. Sign in at account.abluritual.com and open your subscription. You can cancel it, skip the next delivery, change how often it arrives, or change the delivery address.
By email. Write to hello@abluritual.com and ask. We will action it and confirm back to you.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancelling stops all future orders straight away. It does not cancel an order that has already been charged. If you cancel after an order has been created but before it has been dispatched, email us and we will cancel that order and refund it in full.

If the order has already been dispatched, our normal 30-day change-of-mind returns apply, the same as any other purchase.

If the price changes

We will email you before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before the next order if you do not want to continue.

Faulty or wrong items

A subscription does not reduce your rights. Anything faulty, damaged or not as described is put right under the Consumer Guarantees Act, whether it arrived on a subscription or a one-off order.
