Welcome to Ablu. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of abluritual.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

About us

Ablu Ritual ("we", "us", "our") is the trading name of Corban Turley, a sole trader based at 3A Newhaven Terrace, Mairangi Bay, Auckland 0630, New Zealand, NZBN 9429053734730. We are an online-only retailer of cosmetic shower, body and hair self-care products serving New Zealand, the United States and Canada.

We hold no stock in New Zealand. Orders are packed and dispatched by our supply partners in China and sent directly to you. Everything is sold by Ablu Ritual, and your contract for any order is with us.

Our products

Our products are cosmetic. They are designed to support the look and feel of your skin and hair and the experience of your shower. They are not medicines or therapeutic goods, and nothing on this Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition. If you have a specific skin or scalp concern, please speak with a qualified health professional.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. A contract forms when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or if there has been a pricing or description error.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and your consumer rights

Delivery times, costs, returns, and refunds are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Australian Consumer Law apply and are not excluded or limited by these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and the Ablu name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your consumer guarantees, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Where you are an Australian consumer, the Australian Consumer Law continues to apply to your purchase.
