Three steps before bed

Start with dry or barely damp hair. Secure the ribbon at your crown with the claw clip.

Wrap away from your face
Wind sections around the ribbon, adding hair as you go, and tie off with the scrunchies.

Sleep, then unwrap
In the morning, slide the ribbon out and shake the curls through with your fingers.
In the hair stack it follows the towel wrap: hair mostly dry, wrapped overnight, detangled gently in the morning.
